About Us
Shanta Sneed, LCSW
Shanta is the owner/clinician of Heart to Heart Counseling Services, LLC. She began her professional career in 1999 as a Licensed Social Worker. She later obtained her Master‘s Degree from The University of Southern Mississippi and started her journey in counseling in 2007. Shanta has over 25 years of experience in working with families, individuals, and children.
Approach
As a clinician, Shanta recognizes that each individual is unique and has different experiences and circumstances. Counseling and treatment planning are tailored to meet the specific needs of the individual.
Expertise
Shanta is an experienced clinician and is skilled in the treatment modalities of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Cue Centered Therapy and Breathwork. She is a Certified Adolescent and Trauma Professional (CATP Certification). Also, she is an LCSW Supervisor and offers clinical supervision for master level social workers interested in becoming licensed clinical social workers.
